Listed below are guidelines taxpayers will need to follow in order to be eligible for the 2009-2010 tax credits:

1. Purchase and install qualifying products beginning January 1, 2009 through December 31, 2010. Tax credit is for the cost of product only - it does not include installation costs. Tax credit is for taxpayer's principal residence only.
2. Tax credit is 30% of product cost or a maximum amount of $1500.00 in 2009 and 2010. A one time tax credit with a maximum value of $1500.00 on qualifying windows and/or doors.
3. Taxpayer must have a manufacturer's statement to qualify.
